Do we need a passport to fly to Turks and Caicos?

YES! You will need your passport in order to travel to Turks & Caicos. Please note that your passport must be valid at least 6 months after January 31st, 2027. For more information on how to get a passport or renew - visit https://uspassportandvisa.org/us-passport/
You will fly into the main airport on the island - Providenciales International Airport (PLS)

What airport do we fly into?
Will there be a shuttle to and from the airport?
Yes! Beaches Resort has multiple shuttles to and from the airport every 20 minutes. Once you land, there will be a shuttle stop outside the airport to take you directly to the resort.

What is the exact resort name?
Is the resort all inclusive?
Yes! The price you pay to stay at the resort includes ALL food, drinks, stay, transportation, water sports and more!
With a three-night minimum and our wedding on Friday, January 29, 2027, we suggest arriving on Thursday, January 28, and staying until Sunday, January 31. We are hosting a welcome party on Thursday evening! If you would like to come before then or extend your stay, please do! We would love for you all to make the most of this weekend!

When should I arrive?
Is there a minimum night requirement?

Yes. There is a three-night minimum requirement. If you would like to stay longer than three nights, you can book a longer stay! Please note that the wedding booking form price is quoted for 4 nights. If you’d like to stay only 3 nights, please let our travel agent know when you fill out your forms.

How do we book our room?
Our dedicated travel agent, Yahaira Morales, is absolutely wonderful! She works directly with the resort and has been assigned specifically to assist our wedding guests. Yahaira can help with all room bookings, including payment plans, split payments, room assignments, and extended stays.

Yes! In order to reserve your room, it will be a $400 deposit at booking.
When do we need to book our stay by?

To receive the discounted rate, you must book your stay by July 2026. Please note that 50% of the room balance must be paid by July 2, 2026. We suggest booking your room now and paying in full or utilizing a payment plan. The full payment of the room needs to be paid by November 2, 2026.
We ask to receive your RSVP by July 2, 2026. If you do not book your room by then, we will assume you will not be joining us. You can RSVP by clicking HERE.

Due to limited space, we're keeping our celebration adults-only, with the exception of immediate family.

White! This will be the only event during the weekend where white is acceptable! 🤍
What is the dress code for the wedding?

We ask everyone to please dress beach formal. This includes midi to maxi dresses, slacks and a nice shirt. Tux & thick suits are not required. Please dress nice and tropical, colorful colors recommended. Note that the wedding ceremony and reception will be outside.

Bathing suits, sundresses, shorts, tropical tops, sandals, wedges, proper attire for the white out welcome party and the wedding. The resort has a spa as well as a gym with pickleball, tennis, and volleyball courts, so bring workout clothes if you plan to workout. Be comfy, and enjoy your vacation!
